Damaris Express Inc. is the official transportation carrier for CBX. In addition, we have the capacity to provide ground transportation for small and large groups. Our main goal is to offer quality service for all our passengers.

Damaris Express Inc. is a San Diego based, woman-owned transportation company servicing as far north as the Canadian border and as far south as Michoacán. Damaris Express Inc., currently provides ground transportation to several destinations and points in between San Diego, San Ysidro, Los Angeles, the exploratory Sacramento route and the Inland Empire region. 

Our Fleet

The company’s current fleet includes a total of 20 vehicles consisting of the following:

  • Passenger vans (10-14 PAX)
  • Mini-Coaches (29 PAX)
  • Motor Coaches (up to 56 PAX)

Damaris Express Inc has the ability to transport 607 PAX simultaneously.

Call Center

Damaris Express Inc also has a fully operational call center based in Tijuana, B.C where you are able to call for inquiries, obtain real time information on vehicles, and make a reservation.


Because customer and staff safety is our otmost priority to us, we are taking the following safety precautions in effort to minimize the spread of Covid-19.

Our Fleet

Each vehicle is thoroughly cleaned using disinfectants before each departure. We have enhanced our cleaning efforts by focusing on highly traffic used areas such as, hand rails, door handles, arm rests, and our onboard restrooms. As an additional safety precaution, our vehicles are being sanitized with a fog machine to capture hard to reach areas.

Our Team

We are taking additional steps to reduce the risk of exposure for our team. We have implemented the following:

Implemented measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 (required face masks when whithin six feet or others, promote frequent hand washing, encouraging team members to stay at home if they encounter any Covid-19 symptoms)

Increase the frequency of routine cleaning in addition to disinfecting surfaces and work equipment.

Our staff is providing with face coverings, hand sanitizers, disinfectant sprays and gloves.

We will continue to stay vigilant  and  ensure that Our safety measures are taken to ensure the safe travel of our passengers.

The Company is not responsible for direct and/or consequential damages, Including but not limited to loss of flight, or any other bookings as a result of delays caused by events, we cannot control. Including but not limited to acts of God, perils of ground, weather conditions, or acts of public authorities with actual or apparent authority. THE ISSUING CARRIER WILL ONLY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTATION ITS OWN LINES, in accordance with tariff regulations and limitations, and ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF OTHERS OCCURRING WITHIN OR OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, except as imposed by law with respect to baggage. Seating aboard vehicles operated interstate or foreign commerce is without regard to race, color, creed or national origin.  Every person holding a ticket sold by Damaris Express Inc needs to arrive 15 minutes prior to departure to be able to check in.




Damaris Express DBA CBX Shuttle expressly disclaims liability for any lost or damaged baggage and for any injuries caused by or resulting from shifting baggage. Passengers should keep important baggage, including any personal belongings, in their possession at all times. Damaris Express Inc does not check bags and does not assume any responsibility for the safe and secure transport of bags over its routes. Baggage must comply with Damaris Express Inc baggage allowances and restrictions. Certain articles are not accepted for carriage such as food and beverages. Passengers are responsible for properly tagging and identifying their baggage, including name and address. Passengers wishing to stow luggage in an under-bus baggage compartment do so at their own risk and may only place bags in such compartments with a company staff member present. Passengers are responsible for picking up their baggage promptly upon arrival and for transferring their baggage from one bus to another during a transfer, as applicable. Passengers requiring special assistance with their baggage should speak with a staff member at a ticketing counter to make necessary arrangements. Any passenger checking baggage hereby agrees:


NO claim to exceed $100 for all baggage checked on one ticket and no more than $50.00 on one-half fare ticket shall be made against the issuing company; nor loss or damage to property covered by this and/or other baggage check(s) issued to the same passenger.


  1. A claim for damage of loss must be supported by a passenger baggage claim check  and transportation ticket purchased and used.
  2.  This baggage check is accepted subject to all published tariff conditions. 


Baggage– All bags are subject to inspection. We will not accept checked or carry-on bags we think are unsuitable for transportation for reasons like size, weight or character. 

 Luggage allowance– One bag of 55LBS for undercarriage and One not to exceed 22LBS. Please check all Point of sales if you have any excess weight bags, rates may apply.

CBX Shuttle is independently operated by Damaris Express Inc. under permission from Otay-Tijuana Venture, L.L.C. 


The CBX Shuttle is not affiliated with the CBX Terminal or Otay-Tijuana Venture, L.L.C., its affiliates or subsidiaries (‘OTV’) OTV will not be liable for any use of the CBX Shuttle or any transaction between passengers and Damaris Express Inc, its affiliates, contractors or agents.

Damaris Express Inc, and its service providers are not liable for information that is inaccurate due to technical defects in software used on our websites, whether induced by their respective systems or by software provided by third parties.



La empresa asumirá la responsabilidad únicamente durante el viaje o transportación en unidades de su propiedad de acuerdo con el reglamento de tarifas y con sus limitaciones y no se asume responsabilidad alguna o actos u omisiones de otras líneas ajenas, dentro y fuera de E.U.A.  en excepción aquella hecha lo impuesto por la ley con respecto a equipaje y asientos a bordo de vehículos comerciales que operen en servicio interestatal o internacional; sin tener en consideración su raza color religión, creencias, origen.          EL BOLETO DE VIAJE SENCILLO Y REDONDO TIENE VALIDEZ LIMITADA DE TRES (3) MESES.



Damaris Express Inc. DBA CBX Shuttle niega responsabilidad por cualquier daño o pérdida de equipaje y por cualquier dato causado por o resultando por el movimiento de equipaje. Los Pasajeros deberán mantener equipaje importante consigo mismo, incluyendo cualquier articulo personal, en su posesión a todos momento. Damaris Express Inc. no revisa el equipaje y no asume responsabilidad por la seguridad y el transporte de equipaje en sus rutas. El equipaje tendrá que cumplir con las restricciones de equipaje impuesto por Damaris Express Inc. No es permitido el transporte de ciertos artículos como alimentos y bebidas.  Los pasajeros serán responsables de asegurar y etiquetar su equipaje para identificar con facilidad su equipaje, incluyendo nombre o domicilio. Pasajeros a quien gusten poner su equipaje en los compartimientos de equipaje , lo harán bajo su propio riesgo y lo tendrán que hacer con la presencia de un miembro de la empresa. Los pasajeros son responsables por recoger y recibir su equipaje inmediatamente al llegar a su destino o al llegar al punto de transbordo. Pasajeros que requieran asistencia especial con su equipaje deberá avisar en el punto de venta para que se lleve a cabo coordinación apropiada para el servicio. Todo Pasajero que registre su equipaje acepta: 


Ninguna reclamación deberá ser mayor de $100. Por todo el equipaje que ampare un boleto para adulto y no más de $50 por cada medio boleto que haya adquirido cada pasajero en esta empresa. 


  1. La queja por pérdida total o perjuicio recibido  deberá comprobarse con el boleto compartido y utilizado.
  2. Este boleto o talón se sujeta a las condiciones y reglamentos de tarifas publicadas oficialmente.


Equipaje: todas las maletas están sujetas a inspección. No aceptaremos equipaje declarado o de mano que consideremos inadecuado para el transporte por razones como tamaño, peso o carácter.

 Equipaje permitido: una maleta de 55 libras y una que no exceda las 22 libras. Consulte todos los puntos de venta si tiene maleta de peso excesivo, es posible que se apliquen cargos.

Shuttle es independientemente operado por Damaris Express Inc. bajo permiso de Otay-Tijuana Venture, L.L.C.


El CBX Shuttle no está afiliado con la terminal de CBX o con Otay-Tijuana Venture, L.L.C., sus afiliados o subsidiarios (OTV) OTB no se hará responsable por cualquier uso de él CBX Shuttle o de cualquier transacción entre los pasajeros y Damaris Express Inc., sus afiliados, contratistas o agentes.


Damaris Express Inc. y sus proveedores de servicio no se hacen responsables por información que esté equivocadamente reflejada en su sitio web, ya  sea que estos errores son ocasionados por su sistema o por la base de datos proveída por terceros.
